Participation in all Supplier Diversity Europe activity is free to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), that is, businesses employing less than 250 people.

SDE particularly seeks to work with SMEs headquartered in Europe that are 51% or more owned and managed by:

• Women
• People with a disability
• People from minority ethnic groups
• People from LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) groups

Also French-headquartered SMEs whose workforce is 51% or more from underrepresented groups. This caveat to the definition is due to French legislation.

Small medium enterprises are cordially invited to register and submit a profile into the Supplier Diversity Europe Database. This will position information about your company in view of buyers from member corporations.
